Sidney Hillman Apartments, a seventeen story high-rise building, is located at 22 South 22nd Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Owned by Sidney Hillman Medical Center Philadelphia Apartments for the Elderly, Inc. and managed by Prudent Property Managers, Inc., is responsible for the daily operation of the property and acts as the Agent of the Owner.

Our development consists of two hundred and seventy-three (273) units: two hundred and thirty-six (236) studio, twenty-four (24) one bedrooms, ten (10) market studio, and three (3) market one bedrooms.
